Since 2004, Susan has been planning meetings and events for NHS clients. "Saying Susan knows meeting planning is the understatement of the year,"� Sean begins. "Every single client she works with has the exact same response: We can't believe how much smoother everything flows with Susan at the helm."� Susan's resume reads like an instruction manual on acquiring meeting expertise. She's directed the development and operations of in-house destination management companies for resorts under the Hilton, Marriott and Starwood flags, and ran her own DMC and meeting planning company in the tourism hotbed of Scottsdale, Arizona.

Susan began her career in convention services sales and marketing, a background that serves her well to this day. "When you've worked on the other side of the desk, you have a better understanding of how hotels and resorts operate behind the scenes,"� Susan explains. "Knowing all the players translates into knowing how to get things done on-site."� Susan manages every aspect of corporate and association meeting planning, including strategic development, scheduling, transportation, activities, exhibitor and vendor management, themed events, room block and contract management, and marketing. She's managed events of all shapes and sizes, from corporate incentives to medical association meetings. "The thing I love about NHS is our commitment to excellence. Susan resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband of sixteen years. She enjoys making the most of their desert lifestyle, with lots of time outdoors and frequent hiking trips to the southwest's many state and national parks.
